EuroChamber Mongolia successfully held workshop on Meditation and Arbitration, bringing together members and key stakeholders for an engaging and practical discussion on judicial predictability and dispute resolution in Mongolia.
The session focused on strengthening dialogue between the private sector and legal experts judge Myriam and judge Peter, with particular attention to improving efficiency, consistency, and trust in the judicial system. Participants exchanged insights on current challenges faced by businesses in commercial dispute resolution.
A key part of the discussion centered on arbitration and mediation as effective alternatives to traditional litigation. Participants explored how these mechanisms can help reduce costs, shorten resolution timelines, and preserve business relationships.
The stakeholders also discussed the growing role of technology in the legal sector, including the potential use of artificial intelligence to support judicial processes. While not replacing human decision-making, such tools were recognized for their potential to improve efficiency, streamline case management and accelerate proceedings.
