In collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), the Embassy of Italy Ulaanbaatar, and the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association (MWCA), EuroChamber Mongolia successfully co-organized the seminar, Business Opportunities and Perspectives in the Textile Machinery Sector.

After warmly welcoming Italian officials and Italian business representatives from 13 companies, a series of inspiring presentations on prospects for development of and bilateral cooperation in the highly-important textiles sector laid the foundation for a day of impactful B2B matchmaking. These meetings sparked constructive dialogue between leading Italian and Mongolian enterprises, highlighting new opportunities for sectoral development and deeper economic partnerships between not only the participating businesses, but also the two countries.

Attendees also visited the Textile Technology Center and the Gobi Factory, providing them with unique insights into two of Mongolia's top industries. By facilitating these new bilateral connections, this event seamlessly integrates into President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa's vision under the "White Gold" National Initiative, which is focused on bolstering Mongolia's wool, cashmere, and leather industries to strengthen the nation's high-value exports and economic diversification.
