EuroChamber Health Working Group successfully organized its first meeting with representatives from the pharmaceutical industry. While the new Special Licenses Law was intended to be liberal and business-friendly, its impact on the health sector has been negative, creating obstacles for healthcare companies, such as the requirement to register all healthcare equipment. Discussions are ongoing about joint procurement by the private and public sectors, which could attract large medical equipment producers.
