From June 15–17, 2026, EuroChamber Mongolia's Premium Member Advantage Austria successfully led a high-profile business delegation to Ulaanbaatar, featuring seven prominent Austrian enterprises alongside key Austrian Minister Delegates. The intensive three-day itinerary was designed to deepen economic ties and foster strategic alliances through a series of high-level engagements.

Through direct B2B networking, high-level ministerial dialogues, impactful meetings with EBRD in Mongolia representatives, and site visits to several Mongolian Ministries, participants discussed critical, forward-looking agendas. Notably, on June 16, Austrian representatives met with the Mongolian Ministry of Finance and signed a new financial cooperation agreement for EUR 65 million, a soft loan focused on funding critical infrastructure, healthcare, and human development projects across Mongolia. Following the signing ceremony, EuroChamber and Advantage Austria co-hosted the Austrian-Mongolian Business Forum, highlighting trends and opportunities for bilateral business relations. Discourses also touched on sustainable development and financing and market-entry conditions in anticipation of entering Mongolian markets and collaborating with Mongolian businesses.

By addressing these pivotal issues, the visit has ushered in a new chapter of intensified, mutually beneficial cooperation between Mongolia and Austria.
