On December 30, 2024, EuroChamber’s Health Working Group held its monthly meeting featuring Ms. Munkhtuul Togtokh, Director of the Division of Medicine Registration at the Medicines and Medical Devices Regulatory Agency.

Ms. Munkhtuul delivered an in-depth presentation titled “New Law on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices: Regulations and Implications.” Participants actively engaged in the discussion, raising pertinent questions and seeking clarification on key provisions of the law, which made the meeting both insightful and informative.

EuroChamber Health Working Group is co-chaired by Mr. Erdembileg Tsedev, CEO of SOS Medica Mongolia LLC, and Ms. Onon Sukhbaatar, Senior Market Access Advisor at the British Embassy in Mongolia.
