Khan Bank

Khan Bank is the largest commercial bank in Mongolia. It serves about 2.6 million customers, roughly 70% of Mongolian households, through more than 540 branches across the country. It was founded in 1991 as the Agricultural Cooperative Bank. After a restructuring programme in 2000, it was privatised through an international tender in 2003 and has operated as Khan Bank since 2006. The bank offers a full range of personal and business banking services. It was the first bank to introduce several digital services to Mongolia, including internet banking, mobile banking and self-service kiosks. It also runs over 1,200 ATMs and supports more than 30,000 card terminals at merchants nationwide.
