Eco Properties

Eco International Tower is a premium office and retail building on Peace Avenue in central Ulaanbaatar, just south of the Central Post Office. It is 26 storeys tall with a total project area of about 29,655 m², and it is designed to withstand earthquakes of magnitude 8 or more. The lower six floors hold more than 100 shops and services, including international brand stores, bank branches and a supermarket. Floors 7 to 24 offer offices of 50 to 170 m², along with meeting and training rooms. The top floors have an Italian restaurant and a lounge with views over the city centre, and there is heated underground parking. The building is equipped with systems from leading European suppliers, including Schüco, Siemens, Thyssenkrupp, Schneider Electric and Grundfos.
