Desert Solar Power - United Green

Desert Solar Power One LLC is a Mongolian renewable energy company established to develop, construct and operate utility-scale solar power projects. The company operates the 30 MWp Sainshand Solar PV Power Plant in Dornogovi Province, one of Mongolia’s pioneering utility-scale solar power projects. The plant generates more than 50,000 MWh of electricity annually and contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and Mongolia’s reliance on conventional, coal-based power generation.

Desert Solar Power is jointly backed by United Green Group, a privately owned international investment group with a strategic focus on utility-scale renewable energy assets in emerging markets, and Tucher Group, a diversified German family office active in investment, engineering and project management. Through this partnership, the company combines international investment, technical expertise and local knowledge to develop renewable energy projects that create long-term environmental, social and economic value.
