NEW LABOUR LAW IMPLEMENTATION – TRAINING

EuroChamber Mongolia is organizing a consultative training session on the “Implementation of Revised Labor Law”, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, on Monday, April 4th, 10am – 12pm.

Key speaker/trainer: Ms. Alimaa, Head of Labor Relations and Remuneration Department, MLSP

The agenda will allow for extensive Q&A session, enabling participants to clarify questions and issues which have arisen since January 2022 during application of the new law by companies.

The Revised version of the Labor Law has been approved by the Parliament of Mongolia in July 2021 and is effective from January 1st, 2022. The training session will provide explanation on 26 Implementation Guidelines by the Ministry.

EuroChamber’s Working Group “Revised Labor Law” has presented its conclusions through a Position Paper to the Minister Ms A.Ariunzaya of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, on December 28th, 2021 (please refer to the English summary of the position paper on: https://www.eurochamber.mn/a/19… ).
