Mr. Francesco Cracolici is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and investor, known for his exceptional track record in the startup ecosystem. As a 2X founder with one successful exit, he has demonstrated his ability to build and grow successful ventures. Mr. Cracolici has also made significant contributions as a manager of two global accelerators in Paris and Silicon Valley, overseeing a remarkable portfolio valued at $6 billion. Currently, he serves as a Partner at CrossFund, a prominent investment firm that allocates $20 million annually to emerging markets, with an impressive portfolio of 49 investments.
Ms. Gema Gerelsaikhan is an experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise in diverse industries including investment, marketing/communications, and business development. She currently serves as the Managing Partner at Exponential Zaisan Partners, a $5m venture capital fund focused on Mongolia. Additionally, she is a Non-Executive Director at TMK Energy, an Australian Stock Exchange-listed South Gobi Natural Gas project (ASX: TMK). Ms. Gerelsaikhan is also a Founding Partner at Exponential Partners, a boutique investment brokerage and growth consultancy firm. Exponential Partners is known for introducing renowned platforms like Startup World Cup, Founder Institute and Fast Track Europe to Mongolia.
