On January 22, 2025, EuroChamber Health Working Group held its monthly meeting, featuring a presentation by Ms. Munkhtuul Togtokh, Director of the Division of Medicine Registration at the Medicines and Medical Devices Regulatory Agency.
Ms. Munkhtuul provided an overview of the recent regulatory changes introduced under the new Law on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. She also addressed participants’ questions, offering valuable insights for those who regularly navigate the registration procedures in their daily operations.
The EuroChamber Health Working Group is co-chaired by Mr. Erdembileg Tsedev, CEO of SOS Medica Mongolia LLC, and Ms. Onon Sukhbaatar, Senior Market Access Advisor at the British Embassy in Mongolia.
