On July 2nd, 2024, EuroChamber’ Sustainability & Energy Working Group meeting held in subject of “Global Energy Review in a Climate Change Context”
At the meeting, Mr. Marc Méléard, Executive Director of Badrakh Energy LLC, gave presentation on current global energy consumption, trends and prospects for energy production until 2050, international goals, and the share of nuclear and renewable energy.
Following the presentation, participants exchanged detailed views on nuclear energy, uranium mining, processing, and waste management, and discussed current issues in Mongolia.
