🎤 Keynote Speaker:
Naran-Uchral Tsedev is the CEO of Telmen Resource LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMK Energy Limited. He joined the company in 2022 as CFO and currently leads the development of the Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas Project in the South Gobi Basin.
He serves on the board of the Oil and Gas Explorer and Producers Association of Mongolia and has over a decade of leadership experience in the Mongolian capital market. His expertise spans capital raising, IPO underwriting, and strategic financial consulting.
Mr. Tsedev is also a board member at several leading companies in Mongolia—two of which are listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange—and a former Chairman of the Mongolian Association of Securities Dealers (MASD), where he played a key role in the evolution of Mongolia’s capital market and regulatory framework.
