On August 13th, 2024, EuroChamber’s Banking and Finance Working Group, in collaboration with the Financial Regulatory Commission(FRC), hosted a meeting under the topic of “How to Raise Funds from the Capital Market” at the FRC premises.
Ms. Ninjin Altanbulag, Deputy Director of the Securities Market Department at FRC, presented on the topic above, with a particular emphasis on crowdfunding and bank certificates, introduced as a result of recent amendments to the Law on the Securities Market.
Mr. Dulguun, Director-General of the Securities Market Department at FRC, also participated by addressing questions from the attendees.
